Culinary Competition Success for Baros Maldives

In the 2009 Maldives Culinary Challenge recently held in Male’, Baros Maldives entered four of our own chefs in a field of over 260 competitors. We are pleased to announce the successes achieved by our talented team.

  • Mr. Sivath Sidugee – Bronze Medal for Hot Cookery, Fish and Seafood; Bronze Medal for Hot Cookery, Chicken
  • Mr. Ibrahim Nathif – Silver Medal for Hot Cookery, Lamb; Merit Certificate for Hot Cookery, Fish and Seafood
  • Mr. Rajith Kumara – Gold Medal and 3rd place for Hot Cookery, Beef
  • Mr. L.L.C.P. Kumara Alwis – Gold Medal and 1st place for Bread and Breakfast, Pastry Display
