Baros has four distinct dining venues: the Lighthouse Restaurant, an iconic overwater fine dining restaurant; Cayenne Grill, an al fresco grill specialising in dry-aged steaks and fresh seafood; Lime Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner; and Sails Bar, the ideal spot for all-day cocktails and light bites.

Set over the lagoon, Cayenne Grill is Baros at its most elemental – flames, fresh ingredients and the sea just beyond the table. Prime cuts are hand-selected from around the world, while local fishermen supply the day’s catch, all cooked over the grill.
Rising two storeys above the lagoon, The Lighthouse is one of Baros’ – and the Maldives’ – defining landmarks. Its white sail silhouette has watched over the island since 2005, while the kitchen brings together classical technique, Maldivian spice and exceptional ingredients from land and sea.
Lime serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The morning buffet runs from chilled champagne and fresh seafood to Maldivian curries and classic cooked favourites, served inside or out on the deck above the lagoon.
